Privacy
How the EVKEY video editor handles your data.
Your videos stay on your device
Clips, telemetry and exported videos are processed in your browser. EVKEY does not upload them. The Tesla decryption link opens Tesla’s separate service; its own privacy terms apply.
Details saved in your browser
If you select vehicle details, EVKEY saves them in local storage on this browser. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them. No account is required. This release loads no advertising or analytics trackers.
Optional feedback
Sending feedback shares your report, selected vehicle details, language and any email address you enter with EVKEY for review and an optional reply. Videos, filenames and driving records are not attached. Please avoid sensitive information. Reports are stored on the server; this release does not provide an automatic deletion schedule.
Website requests
The hosting service and feedback server receive ordinary connection information, including your IP address. This is separate from the video files you open locally.
